With over 25 years of industry expertise and a growing team of 55 professionals, we offer exciting career opportunities for individuals who thrive on innovation, teamwork, and growth.Job summary:The Supply Chain Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring shipments are processed and dispatched according to schedule. This role also coordinates the receiving and handling of inbound cargo, supporting efficient warehouse operations and delivering high-quality service to customers.An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receives fulfillment orders from Supply Chain customer service representative; picks, repacks, and prepares orders to be dispatchedCore task ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Loads and unloads shipments; moves pallets using forklifts and pallet jacksSupports both inbound and outbound logistics with physical handling and equipment operation.Receives customers’ cargo, prepares warehouse receipts, and keeps inventory up to dateIncludes initial intake, documentation, and data entry into the system.Dispatches orders to trucking companiesCoordinates outbound shipments and communicates with carriers for pickups.Follows precise fulfillment order instructions and meets required cut-off timesEnsures accuracy and timeliness of fulfillment per client expectationsConducts physical inventory counts and updates internal systems when necessarySupports inventory accuracy and reconciliation efforts.Lifts heavy material when necessaryPerformed as needed during manual handling or when machinery cannot be used.Communicates proactively with customers and ensures shipment progress. Anticipates, identifies, and resolves customer and/or carrier issues before/or as they occur. Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Follows all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Resolves internal and operation problems on a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customers' dissatisfaction Adjust and adapt to ever-changing priorities and customer needs Additional duties as required by your supervisor/manager.Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the operations team and company goals. Basic Qualifications:Two to four years related experience in the warehouse. Forklift certification Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Proactive and attention to details. Ability to deliver time-pressured projects on-time and on-quality Commitment to excellence and high standards. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills Customer facing experience in a consultative role Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers Proficiency in the use of MS Excel BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Competencies:Highest levels of integrity and professional standards.Effectiveness in building trust, respect, and cooperation among team.Excellent partnership and relationship skills to work across different levels and cultures in the organization. Analytical skills, agility and effectiveness in problem solving.Flexible and adaptable, able to work through ambiguity.Collaborative “team player” orientation with a strong cultural awareness. At KCE Logistics, we’re not just about moving goods—we’re about moving careers forward.
