Supply & Demand Planning Ass Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage demand and supply planning to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and support sales targets.Demand Planning Lead monthly demand forecasting with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teams Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate forecasts Manage forecast accuracy to meet business targetsSupply Planning Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely shippingData & Performance Management Create and maintain reports for demand accuracy and service level Identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencyCollaboration Work with Finance, Marketing, NPD, Manufacturing, and Logistics to achieve business goalsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or retail/beauty; experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or fulfillment is a plus. Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar). Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
