Manager, you will:Lead monthly demand forecasting with Sales, Marketing, and NPD teamsAnalyze sales data and market trends to create accurate forecastsManage forecast accuracy to meet business targetsDevelop and execute supply plans to meet demandCoordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely shippingCreate and maintain reports for demand accuracy and service levelIdentify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.4-6 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or retail/beauty; experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or fulfillment is a plus.Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics.Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
