Bolton FoodIndustrial, Operations & SupplyPermanentMilano, ITSupply PlannerSupply PlannerWe are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to join our Supply Planning Team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Milan.How you make the differenceWe are seeking a talented and analytical Supply Planner Specialist to join our global Supply Planning team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of our food products from manufacturing plants to our markets worldwide. You will be part of our Supply network composed of 7 production plants worldwide and will contribute to develop and execute supply plans, guarantee market’s availability and fair capacity allocation, optimize inventory levels, support the business through S&OE and S&OP.How Your Agenda Looks LikeDevelop and execute comprehensive supply plans at weekly and monthly level, ensuring optimal utilization of resource capacity, maximizing availability for the markets, re-balancing capacity allocation driven by demand evolution.Close collaboration with production plants to monitor production execution and drive decisions in case of disruption in the plan.Lead S&OE routine for the own production lines and/or markets, with all the involved stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of the plans. Support the S&OP cycle with KPIs, analysis and relevant insight.Analyze stock level and quality to minimize slow mover and obsolescence risks while optimizing inventory levels and policy.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including demand planning, marketing, production, logistics, procurement) in innovation and continuous improvement projects to ensure effective coordination and delivery in time.Utilize advanced Excel skills to build and maintain complex supply planning models, generate accurate reports, and implementing, whenever it’s possible, new reporting dashboards/tools in order to support the team.Monitor supply chain performance KPIs to identify in advance potential disruptions and implement corrective actions to avoid or mitigate the risk.Your TeamYou will report directly to the Supply Planning Manager of Bolton Food.What Makes You a Great FitMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.Proven leadership and communication skills to establish trustful relationships with the stakeholders and be recognized as reference person.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including query, macro and BI tools.Good knowledge and comfort with SAP environment (S4, IBP, AFO).Fluent in English, Spanish as a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.What’s In For YouWork location: Milan, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableCurious About Us?
