You light the way.More About The RoleAs a Supply Planner you will:Ensure the efficient and effective supply of products through the process of balancing demand from Markets with supply from internal/external suppliers.Have active involvement in the New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes.Collaborate with suppliers, shares and reviews relevant planning information and receives supplier commitment.Perform weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.Set & maintains supply planning parameters in SAP & drives delivery performance of portfolio with healthy stock levels.Manages MRP as relevant.Check/verify the 12month rolling intake plan on a weekly basis to ensure the right demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants/suppliers.Review the supply plan with Suppliers to highlight risk (components shortages, capacity constraints, etc.), and devise mitigation plans.Manage Product Phase in/out to ensure availability and to minimize inventory obsolescence.Manage inventory levels for assigned product groups across the APAC region with the objective of realizing availability targets.Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery (O&D) performance.More About YouWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Recent graduate / early-career professional with a few years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (internships included).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good Excel knowledge .Experience in, or eagerness to build programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query).Familiarity with Lean principles and practices.Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.Pragmatic, eager to learn, and able to make sound decisions.Applicants must hold valid and unrestricted working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.Everything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
