Job Description

The Supply Planning & Execution Planner ERA takes responsibility for managing the execution of supply orders and handling related tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts. This role builds and maintains good working relationships with suppliers and works in close collaboration with multiple teams.Acting as a key point of contact for sales, planning, logistics, and finance teams, the Supply Planning & Execution Planner monitors ongoing supply chain performance and proactively alerts stakeholders to potential issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage execution of supply and replenishment orders for assigned product portfolio.Handle expediting/de-expediting, missing parts purchases, inventory cleanup, and supplier returns.Collaborate with planning, logistics, and finance to resolve order exceptions and discrepancies.Conduct regular order execution and delivery meetings per planning parameters.Monitor ERP alerts and resolve flagged exceptions.Coordinate with logistics on ASN shipments, receipt confirmations, and supplier discrepancies.Track supply chain KPIs and escalate bottlenecks or critical issues.Build strong supplier relationships and utilize integration programs for timely deliveries.Act as key contact for sales and logistics teams.Perform SLA calculations and reporting to suppliers.Key and desired skills:High school diploma (or equivalent) is essential, with associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative supportWorking knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and OracleGood analytical-thinking skills and attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectivelyUnderstanding of supply chain and/or procurement processesKnowledge of procurement regulations and contract management basicsFluency in both written and spoken English.Good level of German and/or Italian language skills advantageous.
