Supply & Procurement Specialist - Thailand

Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End Import Management (Thailand & Vietnam)Coordinate with agent to execute customs clearance.2. Local Sourcing & Procurement (Thailand & Vietnam)Identify and onboard local suppliers in Thailand/Vietnam for critical components.Execute purchase orders, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.3. Demand Planning & Inventory Control (Thailand & Vietnam)Collaborate with sales teams to develop monthly/quarterly rolling demand forecasts and update PSI figures.Monitor warehouse inventory levels across regional hubs (including 3PL warehouses), initiate replenishment orders, and optimize stock rotation.4. Supply Coordination (Thailand & Vietnam)Liaise with HQ procurement team on material requisitions and delivery tracking, and execute internal system operation (SAP).Critical Requirements1. ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electric Engineering, or related field.5+ years hands-on experience in procurement, import/export operations, or inventory management, preferably in Thai new energy (e.g. inverter, battery energy storage system)sectors.2. Regional ExpertiseProven knowledge of Thai customs procedures (e.g., e-Customs, duty drawbacks) and Vietnam import regulations.Existing network of freight forwarders/local suppliers of electric industry in Thailand is a strong plus.Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and supply chain related platform proficiency. Data analysis capability for inventory turnover/forecast accuracy reports.Fluent English AND Thai (verbal/written) . Vietnamese language skills are advantageous.Demonstrated problem-solving ability under tight deadlines.Adaptability to manage multi-country operations independently.
