Supply Planning Specialist | Reef HoldingPosition Title: Supply Planning SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Reef Holding is looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Planning Specialist to support the supply chain team in monitoring sales trends, production plans, and ensuring the availability of finished products at the appropriate level to meet branch requirements. The specialist will play a vital role in developing accurate demand forecasts, monitoring supply performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop effective forecasting models based on sales trends and demand patterns.Communicate effectively with the direct manager regarding forecasts and inventory estimates.Monitor and report any significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, or business strategies.Prepare and communicate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for finished products.Monitor the accuracy of replenishment operations and product launches in line with company service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain teams (packaging, new product development, factory) to support innovation, enhance capacity, and contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.Manage reverse logistics, including product returns and redistribution according to demand trends.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Stock availability by item and category – 40%Accuracy of replenishment orders – 30%Company-level stock coverage – 15%Timely and highly accurate reporting – 10%Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Required Training:Computer skillsAdministrative skillsEffective communication skillsWhy Join Us?At Reef Holding, we are committed to operational excellence across our businesses in perfumes, fashion, and cosmetics.
