For over 70 years, we have passionately pursued our purpose: developing knowledge and driving innovation to shape the future of healthcare.- Workplace: Sloterdijk (Amsterdam) - Work Style: Hybrid - Work Hours: 40 hours per week contractMission:To meet demand, drive customer and supplier value, enhance organizational responsiveness, build a robust network, and facilitate financial success.Responsibilities:- Manage orders pickup until receipt at the warehouse. - Support the S&OP team on the sales operational plan, related to the stock plan for the Netherlands. - Support the Inventory with the warehouse and the picking/packing requests(expiration dates/pending orders). - Guarantee the traceability process of all orders received at the stock. - Keep all process steps updated in the ERP system, ensuring operations align with the company’s operational planning.- Support all parties involved in direct imports and trading operations, including exporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and the trading team, ensuring the process happens smoothly. - Monitor expenses and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Assist the Quality team with the audit process. - Support the team with automation, prepare monthly reports presentation.- Act as the focal point for IT operations and developments, ensuring the team’s system needs are met.-Support the team in general with technology needs as per Excel spreadsheets developments. Knowledge / Skills:1 - English - Advanced (writing and speaking)2 - Portuguese - Advanced (writing and speaking)3 - Microsoft Office - Advanced proficiency in Excel4 - Strong IT skills5 - Commercial and business awareness with an analytical approach6 - Problem-solving skills and initiative7 - Strong attention to detail and an investigative natureIf you're ready to bring your skills to a dynamic, forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you!
