Support Engineer — Benelux (Utrecht, NL)Hydras (Part of Acora Group) are working on behalf of a highly successful client looking for a customer-focused, technically competent Support Engineer. The Engineer will join a fast-growing global SaaS provider and work closely with the Customer Success team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding customers through software onboarding, helping them get the most from a product suite, and resolving issues with precision — without needing to be a developer or highly qualified IT specialist, although technical expertise to a certain level is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Support existing and new customers configure and adopt a suite of applications.Deliver day-to-day support via phone, chat and email; investigate and resolve user issues.Run product walkthroughs and demos to accelerate adoption and enhance user experience.Act as the bridge between customers and the product/engineering teams — escalating and following up on complex cases.Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing to improve team efficiency.Key Skills & ExperienceDutch speaker with strong English (written & spoken).Experience in customer support, application support, or SaaS-based client environments.Confident learning new software quickly and explaining technical concepts in clear, simple terms.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and documentation skills.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with CRM, helpdesk, project or analytics tools, or basic API/integration awareness. — (full training provided.)
