Link3 Technologies Limited is looking for Support Engineer, Nationwide Customer Service & SupportJob Description / ResponsibilityCommunicate clients through series of actions either face to face or over phone to resolve issues.Response to breakdowns and make expert level investigation of customer issues, identify their root cause, and correct when possible.Recommend for repairing equipment and replacing parts if necessary.Direct the technical staff (Technician).Troubleshoot system and network problems at clients’ end and diagnose and solve faults related to Wireless structure.Implement, monitor and maintain mikrotik router, proxy server, wireless devices, Security VPN and Fiber infrastructure with last mile Link3 devices.Maintain and upgrade Optical Network Unit and Media Converter device.Educational RequirementsBachelor in Engineering (BEngg)Experience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISPAdditional RequirementsBasic Knowledge in Networking Topology & Design, IP Subletting and Routing, Switching Troubleshoot preferredJob LocationDhaka, Dinajpur
