Support Manager - Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), 9-Month ContractLead a high-performing support team in delivering exceptional customer service, managing escalations, driving process improvements, and collaborating on product enhancements to boost user satisfaction and quality.RequirementsExperience in customer support and management.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, Agile methodologies, managing engineering teams, quality assurance, testing, and risk assessment.PreferredExperience with CRM systems.Knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.Background in IT service management frameworks like ITIL.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
