Qualifications:Minimun D3/S1 any majorMinimum 1 year of experience in the same role is mandatory!Have a background in Finance FraudProven ability to manage a team and achieve targets consistently.Strong data analysis skills to monitor performance and develop improvement strategies.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with KPI-driven targets and adaptable to change.Willing to work on site in Jakarta or Yogyakarta with a shifting schedule.English proficiency is an advantage (Min.
