Events aren’t just part of our product—they’re at the core of who we are.About the roleIn this role, you will help Lyyti users succeed in their events with the Lyyti system. You will support our customers via phone, chat, email, social media channels, and video calls. Your shifts will be scheduled on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM. You will also actively contribute to improving teamwork and processes within our customer service team.What you bringAn eagerness to help our customers and solve their requestsAn ability to learn quicklyAn interest in working with IT systemsA wish to work in a team, but also work independentlyA willingness to take responsibilityBroad language skills, spoken and written: fluency in French and English is a must, whereas Finnish and Swedish are beneficial.
