Our services are designed to enhance client offerings through reliable network integration and exceptional support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Support Specialist. In this role, the Support Specialist will provide technical support, troubleshoot RTK-related issues, and assist customers in resolving challenges effectively. They will deliver excellent customer support through direct communication and ensure that service-related inquiries are addressed promptly. Additional responsibilities include analyzing reported issues to identify patterns and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsStrong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issuesExperience in Customer Support and effective Communication to address customer queriesProficient Analytical Skills to assess and identify trends in technical issuesAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with RTK networks or geospatial technology is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
