We move fast, care about clean solutions and product impact, and believe in collaboration, ownership, and constant improvement.About the roleWe’re now looking for a Support Specialist to join our Mobile department. This role is about helping our customers use our products effectively. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming requests, collect initial information, handle simple cases, and make sure complex issues reach the right experts. It’s also about keeping our knowledge base clear and useful, and making sure customer requests are handled fast and with care.Responsibilities:Communicate with customers as the first support line.Handle quick inquiries and guide customers through FAQs.Collect and document basic issue information, request database access or videos, and reproduce bugs.Forward complex cases to the right team (developers, PM, product owner).Manage app licenses (activation, switching, deactivation).Work with the finance team on invoices, refunds, and payments (Stripe included).Maintain and update FAQ and knowledge base.Collect and analyze statistics on support requests.Requirements:Strong communication and empathy skills.English at B2+ level (spoken and written).Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence systems.Confident Android user (advanced user level).Understanding of customer interaction basics.Optionally, but advantageous:Experience in supporting Odoo, preferably in Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales and Purchase modules.Experience in supporting an Android application.Experience in retail or warehouse management.Experience with Python (for small customizations).Experience with Android development.Why join us?Because here, support isn’t just about answering tickets - it’s about making sure people succeed with our apps.
