This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training.We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.About The RoleWe're looking for a qualified Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Coffs Harbour.You Will Support Our Clients In a Range Of Services To Ensure They Can Continue To Live The Life They Choose In Their Local Community, IncludingShopping and transport to medical appointmentsAssist clients with personal care and medication supportProvide social support and community engagementTransport clients to shopping and medical appointmentsWork autonomously and within a team to meet client needsThis is a part-time opportunity for 15-20 hours per week. The shifts will be from Coffs Harbour to Woolgoolga.About YouYou have a caring nature and and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organised and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.If you have the following, we want to hear from you:Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar qualification)Current drivers’ license and reliable, insured vehicle.National criminal history/police check (last 3 months)Aged care experience
