Locations include:CampbelltownEaglevaleMt AnnanWhat's in it for you!Casual rates starting from $44.39 per hour + penaltiesSalary packaging benefits - up to $15,900 tax free!Employee perks - discounts at 500+ popular retailersFlexible rostered shifts to suit your lifestyle (AM, PM & SO)Ongoing training & development - online modules and continuous learning opportunitiesThis role is best suited to versatile Support Workers who:Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect.Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.Thrive in encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation.Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing!We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work AM/PM and sleepover shifts.Some Of Our RequirementsWe are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), active nights (10pm-6am) and SO shifts.Who is Scope?Scope is one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia, supporting thousands of people with complex intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities.
