Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)Experience in customer supportBackground in banking, legal, or financial servicesSolid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira Analytical and research skillsStrong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal informationPositive and responsible attitudePersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Will be a great plus: Experience with Confluence Background working in regulated environments Benefits and Perks: Fixed schedule:
