Job Description:Manage branch P&LManage and lead branch commercial & business developmentLed and coordinated Customs Broker, Operations, and Trucking teams to ensure smooth import/export processes.Monitored customs clearance, operational costs, and vendor performance for optimal efficiency.Negotiated rates and services with suppliers and approved vendors for project shipments.Maintained strong customer relationships and ensured high service quality and satisfaction.Oversaw warehouse operations and ensured compliance with company standards and legal requirements.Managed and implemented QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) programs, audits, and training.Promoted safety culture, reported potential hazards, and ensured compliance with all HSE regulations.Supported continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and transparency.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree from logistics, business or equivalentMinimum 10 years of related experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment with min. 5 years in similar positionStrong knowledge in freight forwarding industry and marketing awarenessFluent in English (written and verbal)Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
