Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveillance Officer, located in Accra. The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, ensuring the safety of premises, and identifying any unusual or suspicious activities. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing incident reports, supervising security measures, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Surveillance Officer will collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment for all staff and visitors. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to identify and assess potential risks and unusual activitySupervisory skills to lead and ensure the effectiveness of security proceduresExcellent communication and report writing skills for clear and accurate documentationRelevant experience in security operations, surveillance, or similar rolesAttention to detail and the ability to act promptly in emergency situationsKnowledge of trading or financial systems is a plusAbility to work on-site and maintain professionalism under pressure
