Surveillance Technical Specialist

PURPOSE: Supporting the integrity and security of iGaming operations by maintaining and optimizing surveillance technologies used to monitor gaming environments.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of surveillance infrastructure.To provide continuous support in maintaining gaming equipment and to take an active role in maintenance activities when required.Support incident investigations by retrieving and analyzing surveillance footage and technical logs.Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical issues.Stay updated with the latest surveillance technology trends and recommend system improvements or upgrades.Provide technical training and guidance to surveillance operators and other relevant staff members.Ensure all installations and modifications comply with safety and industry standards.Monitor live gaming activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.Support investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing footage, and compiling detailed reports.Uphold confidentiality and act with high integrity in all surveillance activities.Knowledge about installation, configuration, and maintain surveillance equipment, including software and hardware to ensure optimal performance.Knowledge about structured cabling and wiring necessary for surveillance system installations and upgrades.Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance systems and software to promptly identify and resolve technical issues.Collaborate with the AV and Compliance team to ensure surveillance technology aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Active contribution to the company’s development:Participates to improve the company’s activityProactive attitude in handling problems and/or anticipating themCompliance with the company’s standardsUsing the working hours exclusively for job-related tasksCollaboration and cooperation:Cooperates with Risk/Surveillance DepartmentCooperates with all colleagues from all department s every time it’s the caseCooperates with the HR DepartmentCooperates with AV and Compliance teamsDaily reports regarding the activity to the direct managerThe above tasks can be completed with other tasks specific to the job, which will be communicated in due time and serves the employer’s operational purpose.Concerning work discipline, responsible for:Permanently improving professionallyKeep the confidentiality of the information regarding equipment and the companyUse the existing resources only for the company’s interestCompliance with legislative measures and working proceduresCooperation with the persons with specific attribution in health and security at work, every and any time it is necessary, completing any task or request in order to avoid and prevent accidents and professional diseasesInform the line managers about any deficiency or event observed.THE AUTHORITY OF THE JOB:Uses equipment/materials/consumable items/technical equipment provided by ARRISE BY PRAGMATIC PLAY LIVE.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:STUDIES: medium levelEXPERIENCE IN THE WORK FIELD: minimum 1 year, preferably in either land-based or online casino environments.WORK CONDITIONS:Physical work conditions: office work / warehouse workWork schedule: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 shiftsThe nature of the work: individual and in a teamNECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:English (good knowledge of written & spoken)PC literateNECESSARY APTITUDES:Microsoft 365 toolsIT skillsHardware skillsExcel – advanced levelExceptional presentation skillsExceptional organizational skillsCommunication and self-control skillsAttention skills
