Join us and be part of a team that is redefining industry standards while making a meaningful impact on global trade and sustainability.Position OverviewThe Surveyor CLC is responsible for inspecting the physical and documentation condition of containers entering or exiting the depot, including post-repair containers. The role ensures all containers meet quality and usability standards before use by customers. This position plays a vital role in maintaining container serviceability through accurate documentation, tagging, and effective communication regarding container status.Key ResponsibilitiesContainer Survey & DocumentationConduct physical inspections of inbound and outbound containers as well as repaired containers according to container survey standards.Record and document inspection results into the system/database as per established procedures.Affix stickers such as Rusak, Proses Claim, or Washing on containers deemed unfit for use.Communicate container damage findings or claim status to customers in a timely and professional manner.Process Compliance & ReportingVerify container documents and ensure alignment with physical inspections.Maintain proper archiving and distribution of EIR Claim reports.Support continuous improvement by providing recommendations for repair or survey technique updates to the Supervisor.QSHE ImplementationEnsure strict adherence to QSHE standards during all inspection and documentation processes.Identify and report any QSHE risks observed during container survey activities.CollaborationCoordinate with Depo Operation Supervisor, Yardman, Estimator, and Repair Vendors to ensure smooth container processing and repair workflow.Liaise with container users regarding claim or damage reports.QualificationsMinimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent senior high school in any major.2 years of experience in a similar position within the container depot or shipping industry.Familiarity with container structures and basic damage assessment is an advantage.Able to operate basic systems and complete documentation accurately.Willing to work in outdoor environments and in shift-based settings.Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
