Vacancy Title: Operations Assistant Vacancy Location: Ålesund, NorwayEngagement Type: Permanent, Full-Time The RoleHere at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant to join our Marine team based in Ålesund. In this role you will help install, maintain and repair our survival technology solutions. You will operate machinery and tools safely, support your team, and help us deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. Key responsibilities for the Operations Assistant role include but are not limited to: Safely operate machinery and equipment on the production line or in service areas.
Prepare, adjust and maintain tools, equipment and workstations for production and service teams. Inspect and test machinery, components and parts to ensure everything works correctly. Carry out basic repairs, installations and maintenance tasks, following clear instructions. Keep your work area clean and safe and handle tools and equipment with care. Follow all safety rules and use protective equipment properly. Support the quality team by following standards and reporting any issues you see. Take part in training and development activities to build your skills.
