Sustainability and ESG are integral to our value creation and cornerstones in our group business strategy, Creating the Future 2030.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Sustainability Compliance Specialist your responsibilities will be within:Sustainability statements: Drive the development and publication of sustainability statements in line with SBTi, CSRD and DLG Group’s strategic aspirationsESG KPI development: Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking and measuring ESG performanceData: Coordinate with finance organization and group entities to gather necessary data and ensure timely completion of ESG reportingCompliance & reporting: Work actively with CSRD and other EU legislation, ensuring correct and timely reporting in line with applicable legal frameworksYour profileYou Are Experienced Within Sustainability And ESG Reporting With a Professional And Positive Approach. We Imagine That You Bring The FollowingEducational background: A relevant higher education in finance, ESG, law or related fieldExperience: 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a position in a sustainability/ESG function or from a background in auditingExpertise: Understanding of sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks, e.g. GHG-Protocol, Science Based Targets and CSRD with the ability to transform your knowledge into actionProblem-solving & structure: Ability to structure tasks and evaluate problems effectivelyRelationship-building: Ability to establish strong working relationships across the organization and proactively engage with stakeholdersMotivation: You are driven by bringing theory into practice and thrive in contributing to building new structures and shaping how the ESG area is establishedData: You work methodically and are skilled in working with data, data analysis and ExcelLanguage skills: You communicate well in Danish and English, and preferably also GermanWe OfferDLG offers attractive employment conditions, including favorable pension, maternity leave schemes and health insurance.
