Job DescriptionAbout your roleAs a Sustainability Manager you will play a key role in driving Orion Pharma's commitment to social responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry. You will further strengthen our social responsibility efforts by developing and implementing our value chain roadmap together with internal and external stakeholders focusing especially on sustainability due diligence and human rights.In this role, you will combine strategic insight with hands-on implementation, providing expertise and taking an active role in executing Orion Pharma Sustainability Agenda and advancing its social responsibility objectives. You will help ensure alignment with our sustainability commitments while collaborating across the organization to identify, manage, and develop initiatives related to social responsibility.In addition, you will participate in selected projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support broader sustainability efforts to ensure continuous progress and development of Orion Pharma Sustainability Agenda.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating and coaching across the organization to further develop and implement activities to deliver social responsibility roadmap and targetsEnable group-level functions and business divisions to advance social responsibility in line with international frameworks, stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirementsActively engage to support integrating social responsibility into relevant group processes in relevant manner, and actively contribute to the development of sustainability due diligence process and ensure its effective implementationStay up to date on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, as well as managing and supporting the company in adhering to relevant requirements and expectationsCollaborate and advise across functions and divisions to achieve common objectives such as sustainability due diligence, and contributing to key initiatives such as sustainable procurement.Acting as a subject matter expert in social responsibility & building awareness internally and externallySupport the business stakeholders in understanding and managing their risks related to social responsibilityManage, coordinate, develop, and support social responsibility reporting as part of the CSRD process, contributes to sustainability communications and address stakeholder questionnaires on social responsibility topicsRepresenting Orion Pharma in relevant industry forums and interactions with key stakeholdersIn our team of six sustainability professionals, you will work in a multidisciplinary way, constantly developing Orion Pharma's sustainability. The role will offer an opportunity to work in close cooperation with experts across compliance, supply chain, quality and HR. In addition to development projects, you also manage routines and can produce quality reports and studies. Project management is natural for you, and you stick to agreed deadlines.This is a full-time and permanent position, where you will work as a Sustainability Manager as part of group-level Sustainability function and report to the Director, Sustainability.You'll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, following Orion Pharma's guidelines, which include currently three days a week in the office.
