Company DescriptionSouthland Rubber are approved suppliers of natural rubber to the top tire manufacturers of the world according to their strict quality requirements. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sustainability Manager to lead national sustainability strategy execution, internal capability development, and reporting compliance across our manufacturing operations in Thailand. This role will play a key part in driving ESG transformation, managing sustainability audits, and aligning with global frameworks such as GPSNR, GRI, EUDR, and circular economy principles.Key Responsibilities1.   Sustainability Strategy & GovernanceTranslate group sustainability roadmap into national execution plans covering Environmental, Social, and Economic pillars.Lead the Thailand Sustainability Working Group and drive cross-functional alignment.Lead in the development and execution of comprehensive sustainability and ESE (Environmental, Social, Economic) engagement strategies.Support and guide the implementation of company-wide sustainability projects and initiatives.Oversee departmental planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.2.   Reporting & DisclosureLead in planning, managing, executing, with the Annual Sustainability Report, website disclosures, and related documentation.Lead materiality assessments, Ecovadis, ESG dashboards, GRI reporting, GPSNR submissions and buyer-specific ESG disclosures.Support the preparation of national and international sustainability assessments and responses.3.   Audit, Risk & AssuranceConduct internal ESG audits and support external sustainability audits and related certifications.Manage stakeholder inquiries related to sustainability, ESG compliance, or public reporting.Monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance with local/international sustainability standards.4.   Cross-functional EngagementCollaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver impactful ESG programs and KPI alignment.Lead and manage the Sustainability Working Group with project chartering, action planning, and implementation.Lead the communication of sustainability mission across factory-level teams and suppliers.5.   Team LeadershipCoach the sustainability team in Thailand; ensure staffing and skill developmentLead in building a strong teamwork-oriented culture grounded in continuous improvement and integrity.Provide feedback and motivation to enhance employee engagement and performance.Qualifications1.   Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.At least 10 years of experience in sustainability or ESG within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership or people management role.2.   Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and tools (e.g., GRI, SDGs, ISO 14001, 45001, 14064, 14067, GPSNR, EUDR, etc.)Experience in implementing sustainability programs in a factory or operations context.Familiarity with circular economy, energy audits, material efficiency, and performance tracking tools.3.   Communication & LeadershipStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
