Join our dynamic organization as a Sustainability Coordinator, where you will be the driving force behind our organization's sustainability initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with the company's objectives. In addition, an overview must be maintained of compliance with local and international regulations. You will play an important role in establishing sustainable and responsible business practices that strengthen profitability and company reputation, and this within a fast-growing organization.Responsibilities & Key TasksThe Sustainability Coordinator participates in the design and implementation of sustainability strategies. This person ensures effective communication of the sustainability vision and compliance with applicable regulations.The Sustainability Coordinator has a coordinating role and collaborates with other departments such as HR, operations, environment, marketing and others.You ensure compliance with sustainability standards and focus on achieving long-term sustainability goalsYou analyze and evaluate the environmental, social and economic impacts of the business and participate in tailored strategies to reduce the environmental footprint, use resources more efficiently and promote ethical practicesYou help translate sustainability goals into concrete actions and technical solutionsYou collect and analyze data related to energy consumption, water management, waste management and carbon emissions. The sustainability coordinator develops a process for collecting and disclosing sustainability data in accordance with legal standards, including CSRD, to ensure regulatory compliance, increase transparency and improve corporate reputationYou will collaborate with colleagues from different departments and establishments within the Ciner Group and play a coordinating role in sustainability projectsThe Sustainability Coordinator is able to collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective sustainability plansYou will report to the Corporate Affairs Manager/ ESG Program DirectorAdditional TasksDesign and implement sustainability strategies and initiativesTrack, evaluate and report the impact of sustainability efforts to senior managementConduct research, data collection and analysis to support the development of sustainability reportsOversee sustainability projects and programs, ensuring compliance with changing regulations while identifying risks and opportunitiesElaborate sustainability reports and presentationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTrain and mentor colleagues on sustainability best practicesQualifications, Skills & ExperienceYou have at least five years of experience in a sustainability role, with a strong emphasis on project management.
