Sustainability Senior Manager

About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced Sustainability Senior Manager to champion and execute our sustainability strategy across all manufacturing and logistics operations. As the primary point of contact for all sustainability initiatives, you’ll ensure alignment with both our organizational agenda and global corporate sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities:Sustainability LeadershipDevelop and implement strategic sustainability plans for all manufacturing and logistics sites.Collaborate with global sustainability teams for reporting, benchmarking, and new initiatives.Foster a culture of sustainability through education, campaigns, and recognition programs.Resource Management & Waste ReductionPartner with site leads to minimize food loss, waste, and plastic usage.Conduct technical audits and support Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) programs.Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.Waste Recycling & CircularityCoordinate with Facility Management on waste data and landfill reduction efforts.Monitor recycling performance and introduce innovative solutions.Safety & ComplianceIntegrate sustainability into EMS and OSH programs.Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.Consultancy & Technical AuditsConduct audits and develop toolkits to enhance engineering and sustainability operations.Recommend new technologies and process improvements.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sustainability (Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred)At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar or related roleSustainability-related training or certifications preferredStrong communication, analytical, and MS Excel skillsWillingness to travel across various sitesAmenable to working onsite in Canlubang, LagunaZenith Foods Corporation, the hiring entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
