Join Our Team as ESG Specialist!Are you a highly skilled and motivated professional passionate about sustainability?We’re seeking an ESG Specialist to play a pivotal role in advancing our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.As part of our team, you’ll ensure compliance with global standards and certifications, including FSC, GRS, Higg, Oekotex, Sedex, BSCI, and other social due diligence frameworks.In this role your responsibilites will include: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our ESG performance across all operational areas.Conduct thorough assessments of our environmental, social, and governance practices, identifying areas for enhancement.Manage company internal portals for ESG data.Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and certification bodies, aligning with ESG objectives.Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, advising management on best practices.Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining certifications (FSC, GRS, Higg, Oekotex, Sedex/BSCI), ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.Work cross-functionally with teams in Turkey and our European headquarters to integrate ESG considerations into processes.As a person, we hope you possess: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, adept at interpreting data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing team members at all levels.Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and driving results.Committed to our company’s mission and values, with a genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Forest Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability) or related field.Proven experience in ESG management, with a deep understanding of environmental and social issues and governance principles.Familiarity with sustainability and social governance standards and certifications (FSC, GRS, Higg, Oekotex, Sedex, BSCI).Fluent in Turkish & English (both written and verbal).
