The Sustainability Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sustainable training programs, developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing coaching in sustainability practices on demand.The trainer will also assess and evaluate participants during the training.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, or related domainsExperience in Sustainable finance, Sustainable Investment etc.. is requiredExperience with blended learning platforms, digital tools, and outcome-based trainingExperience in designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, and conducting workshopsACLP/ACTA Certification is a mustStrong coaching and facilitation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirableFamiliarity with Singapore Green Plan, SkillsFuture Frameworks, or similar strategiesPrior experience working with banks, insurance, asset managers, or consulting firmsExperience developing e-learning or microlearning modulesFamiliarity with use of AI for meet Sustainability goals is a plusWhat we OfferOpportunity to make real-world impact through sustainability educationDynamic and purpose-driven training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsCompetitive Pay
