In this exciting role you will be part of the EMEA Pulp Planning Team, reporting to the Planning Coordinator Pulp, Paper, Fluff EMEA and being part of our pulp and paper division. You will work in a truly international environment, making a great contribution to fulfill our aim to deliver excellent customer experience.

Additionally, you will work closely with various departments within our company both in Vienna and Brazil, such as Commercial, Customer Service and Logistics. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree or min. 3 years of proven practical work experience in related areasExcellent analytical, planning, and organizational skillsAdvanced English skills in speaking and writingExperiences with MS Office, ERP software (SAP)High level of motivation, resilience, reliability and proactivityExperience in the Pulp / Paper / Packaging sector is considered a plusWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

Mid & Long-term planning of inventory replenishment at European terminalsMonitor and maintain inventory level at operational levelWork closely with Commercial and Customer Service Team regarding demand alignment and stock level planningWork closely with Planning and Shipping departments in Brazil regarding shipments planning and products allocationPlanning for VMOI inventoriesWork closely logistics about delivery requirements, vessels arrival and operational problemsContinuous revision of the Rolling Forecasts with Commercial teamActively engage in area improvement initiatives to optimize response times and service quality.

Participate in projects for automation tools and efficiency improvementSubstitute to the Fluff Planning & Logistics AnalystWe are pleased to offer an attractive compensation and benefits package for this role, which includes: A competitive base salary starting at € 58,240 gross per year. The opportunity to earn yearly bonus of up to 2 months of gross salary.
