Job Description

Company DescriptionSVG Motors is a family of dealerships around the Dayton / Columbus / Cincinnati area. Including franchise dealerships like Toyota, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and large independent locations. Role DescriptionOpportunity to Lead and Own: Partner/GM Needed for Growing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram DealershipAre you ready to step beyond the corporate ladder and into dealership ownership? We’re seeking a driven, disciplined, and entrepreneurial leader to take the wheel at one of our CDJR stores located just outside a metro area; a strategically positioned, low-overhead franchise backed by strong fixed operations and an existing ecosystem of successful dealerships.

This isn’t just another GM opportunity. It’s a call to true leaders who want to invest in themselves and have real skin in the game. For the right candidate, a low $100K buy-in secures equity and leadership in a franchise dealership—partnered with a young, growth-minded owner with multiple successful rooftops (GM, Toyota, and more). Why this opportunity stands out:

Top of the line industry software; DMS/CRM - TEKIONLow overhead, high potential; run lean, grow smartEstablished support from nearby sister stores, including shared resources and operational synergyStrong fixed ops already in place; there is no need to rebuild from scratchTrue partnership; not just a titleLeadership with vision; we value servant leadership, accountability, and cultural excellenceWe are especially encouraging women and minorities to apply, but we’re open to anyone who has the grit, passion, and capacity to build something meaningful.

If you’ve ever said to yourself, “If I just had the chance, I know I could run a store and grow it the right way,”—this is your chance.  Interested? We’re looking to move quickly. Send a confidential inquiry or résumé to: amber. keller@svgmotors. comQualificationsThis is not your average GM role. We’re looking for the needle in the haystack—a true leader who understands that Servant Leadership isn’t about avoiding conflict or seeking comfort.

It’s about courageous accountability, radical clarity, and a deep respect for the dignity of every person on the team. This individual must: Embrace Servant Leadership:  Not the watered-down version, but the kind that combines compassion with courage. The kind that loves people enough to tell the truth, hold them accountable, and lead them like you would your own children. Value culture over convenience:  Understand that leadership isn’t just about performance—it’s a privilege. It means modeling the behavior we expect and knowing that the best time to fire someone is before you hire them.

Commit to clarity and process:  We use structured scripts and clearly defined processes across departments. You must be comfortable adapting to and championing our SVG Way, not reinventing it. Be fluent in dealership operations:  Deep working knowledge of fixed ops, variable ops, F&I, and dealership accounting is non-negotiable. Develop people:  You must be someone who finds real satisfaction in coaching others, not just managing them. Leadership is the job. Leverage technology:  Must be confident using modern systems like Tekion DMS and CRM, or willing to quickly master them. Lead beyond your store:

While your home base will be our CDJR location, you’ll report directly to the owner and will be part of our broader leadership team, helping influence operations across the SVG family of dealerships. We are humble but hungry and committed to growth, committed to people, and committed to doing it differently. If that resonates with you, then maybe you’re the one we’ve been waiting for.
