Known for its deep expertise in alternative investments — spanning private markets, real assets, and hedge fund strategies — the firm partners with institutional and high-net-worth investors to deliver long-term value and portfolio diversification.As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking a highly skilled SVP, Alternatives to lead and expand client relationships across the Benelux region, with a particular focus on real estate and alternative investment solutions.This senior role offers the chance to represent a world-class alternatives platform, engaging with sophisticated investors and delivering tailored investment solutions across private markets and real assets.You’ll play a key part in deepening institutional relationships, originating new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth within a dynamic and high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client coverage and business development for institutional investors across the Benelux region.Promote and position the firm’s alternatives and real estate investment offerings, including private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.Build and maintain long-term relationships with pension funds, insurers, endowments, and other institutional investors.Collaborate with global product and investment teams to design tailored portfolio solutions.Represent the firm at regional industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.Identify market trends and client needs, providing actionable insights to product development teams.What You’ll BringMinimum 10+ years’ experience in alternatives or real estate investment sales, business development, or client coverage.Strong knowledge of private markets, real assets, and institutional investment structures.Established network within the Benelux institutional investor community.Proven track record of developing and closing complex investment mandates.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.Fluency in English required; Dutch and/or French highly advantageous.Based in the Netherlands, with flexibility to travel across the region.What’s on OfferCompetitive base salary of €170,000 + performance-based bonus and benefits.Opportunity to represent a globally respected alternatives platform.Strategic, senior-level role with regional responsibility and autonomy.Collaborative, international environment with strong career progression.Apply now to find out more!
