Description Lead and strategically and sustainably grow a portfolio of top-tier Thai corporates by deeply understanding client business and needs and able to navigate through client’s complexed organization structure. Serve as the primary trusted advisor to client C-level executives , building and maintaining long term and trusted relationships to become clients’ preferred banking partner. Originate and Cross sell by understanding client requirements and strength of HSBC international network, identifying business opportunities and coordinating with relevant product partners and internal stakeholders to structure and deliver seamless execution and fair outcome to the clients. Pro-actively manage credit risk and ensure healthy portfolio quality. Able to independently lead the credit discussion and performing on-going portfolio monitoring to ensure asset quality and regulatory compliance. Confidently manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle by identifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating and mitigating risk. Market Intelligence and Compliance. Keep abreast of developments of global and local markets, industry trends, competitors and regulatory changes Relationship Management role holders will be required to acquire knowledge of a product area and in some geographies may need to hold specific certificates or need membership of a regulatory body. Qualifications - External Master degree in Finance, Economics or related field 10-15 years’ work experience in credit analysis and/or relationship management in commercial area Possess well-built local network and have in-depth knowledge of the Thailand market, and have a ''hunger'' to execute deals in this highly competitive environment Proven record in both people leadership and commercial success Strong leadership and decision making skills in an uncertain environment Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
