A profitable, high-growth wellness tech company with a decades-strong DTC engine is now expanding into commercial and institutional markets (hospitality, schools, fitness, municipalities, and more). They’re looking for a strategic SVP to lead that charge: building the go-to-market playbook, owning revenue growth, and scaling a modern B2B marketing and sales engine from the ground up. The company does $200M+ revenue and has tripled in size in the past six years.Why This Role Stands OutTrue ownership & P&L control - run the commercial business end-to-end, including team, strategy, targets, and margin.Immediate runway for impact - the channel is early but already has marquee customers and meaningful inbound demand.Backed by a proven DTC engine - leverage strong brand awareness, influencer channels, and digital performance marketing to shorten your GTM curve.Executive access - report directly to the founder/CEO; shape vision, product, and positioning.Strategic capital in place - minority PE investment supports 5-year growth plan and hiring roadmap.Purpose-driven brand - design-forward wellness tech that protects human health and safety.Career runway - company culture of upward mobility.What You'll Be DoingBuild and lead the full commercial revenue engine–spanning both B2B sales and marketing functionsOwn GTM strategy and execution across all commercial verticals (e.g., hospitality, fitness, education, municipalities, CRE)Drive digital marketing, influencer outreach, and demand gen to build pipeline and brand awarenessScale and lead a growing team (currently 5 direct reports w/ runway to quickly grow to 10) across sales, marketing, and support rolesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and consumer teams to align messaging and executionCompensation:Base Salary: $250,000 – $325,000Bonus: Performance-based, targets set jointly with CEOEquity: Senior leadership grants tied to growth milestonesBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurancePet insurance, FSA, and 401K with matchCompany credit card and travel reimbursementOn-site gym and Pilates studio/classesCompany-financed LA apartment if commutingThe Right Candidate7+ years leading B2B commercial teams with direct P&L accountability and a demonstrable record of growing revenue from early-stage to $10M+.Digital marketing: Proven track record building repeatable, measurable digital demand programs that feed e-commerce and sales pipeline (website/SEO/SEM, AI chatbots, content, creator/influencer partnerships, YouTube/TikTok, paid social). B2B experience required (consumer-only backgrounds won’t qualify).Experience running both sales and marketing in a growth-stage environment - must have led a scale-up.Strong sales leadership chops: hiring, quota design, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, and closing strategic-national accounts.Familiarity with target end markets is highly desirable: hospitality, municipalities, general office & education, and public venues.Location & TravelHybrid role: must be onsite in Los Angeles 50% of the time. Out-of-town candidates welcome: the company will provide an apartment near the HQ. Occasional travel for trade shows and client meetings.
