Job DescriptionLocation: Miami, FL (On-site Preferred)Department: Executive Leadership / SalesReports to: CEOPosition Summary: SWCORP is hiring a Business Director to lead growth across the hospitality and durable goods sectors. This high-impact role requires an industry veteran with a proven book of business and the strategic mindset to drive market penetration fast. We need someone who can bring in sales from day one, build a high-performing team, and position our premium brands, including ANZZI, as the go-to source for hospitality and commercial-grade bathroom solutions.

You’ll focus on bringing our signature products—especially our luxury bathtubs and bath fixtures—into hotels, multi-family developments, resorts, and large commercial accounts. Key Product Lines You’ll Champion: SWCORP manufactures and distributes ANZZI® luxury bathtubs, a core product line in the hospitality and renovation space. As Business Director, you’ll lead the charge in introducing: Freestanding Soaking Tubs – Our bestsellers, made from high-quality acrylic and solid surface materials with modern and classic aesthetics. Oval, Rectangular & Clawfoot Tubs – Variety of shapes and styles tailored to boutique hotels, resorts, and high-end developments.

Solid Surface Matte White Tubs – Elegant, durable tubs perfect for upscale properties and design-forward clientele. Flat-Bottom and Deep-Soak Models – Known for ergonomic design and luxurious user experience. Custom Drain Placement Options – Includes center and reversible drains to meet project specs. ANZZI tubs are available through Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and select distributors. Your role is to expand our presence into project-based channels like hotel chains, design-build firms, and property developers. Core Responsibilities: Activate and grow a robust network of B2B accounts within the hospitality, construction, and real estate sectors.

Utilize your existing relationships to close sales quickly and establish recurring project pipelines. Build and mentor a high-performing business development team to scale nationally. Collaborate with the CEO, product development, and operations to drive execution and fulfillment. Represent SWCORP at industry expos, trade events, and executive-level client meetings. Deliver sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis for executive strategy. Own performance KPIs and quarterly targets tied to revenue growth. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, construction supply, hospitality procurement, or bath/kitchen/durable goods industries. Must bring an existing book of business with ready-to-engage clients and pipeline.

Proven ability to win high-value contracts in the $100K–$1M+ range. Strong leadership skills and experience building sales teams. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and high accountability.
