Systems & Applications: Oversee core business applications (remittance, forex, compliance), ensure system availability, secure integrations, cloud adoption, and automation. IT Operations & Compliance: Manage infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud), service delivery, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with data protection laws. Vendors & Partners: Evaluate and manage IT vendors, negotiate SLAs, oversee outsourced services, and mitigate third-party risks. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and regulators, present IT/security posture to the Board, and liaise with auditors. Leadership & Talent:
Build and develop a high-performing IT/cybersecurity team, foster innovation, and promote accountability. Key Outputs & KPIsSecure, high-availability IT environment and digital services. Full regulatory compliance with zero major breaches. Effective budget execution, service reliability, and data integrity. Achievement of internal and customer-facing digital KPIs. Competencies & SkillsExpertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity (ISO, NIST, CIS), and IT risk management. Knowledge of fintech systems (AML, transaction monitoring, APIs). Familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, and BI tools. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills. Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership within financial institutions. Proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise IT security, and infrastructure. Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001, AWS/Azure Architect.
