Overview: In this role you will support the Card Marketing team with all product/ technical aspects of Card Benefit management and tracking across a restaurant access program. What You'llDo: Program Set Up and Management:
Support restaurant discovery in curation phase + info gathering once confirmed, with data points pulled from our OS, Looker for (~30) restaurants quarterlyConfirm participating partners have SEs (our identification number) correctly set up with our Credit benefit teamFacilitate restaurant booking setup across all (~30) participating restaurants on quarterly basis, in partnership with PSM & Card MarketingSupport QA Testing for product setup across all participating restaurantsTrack fulfillment across participating restaurants with live booking windows and share out with internal stakeholders on regular cadence (Daily time commitment)Manage technical inventory release for expanded access across participating venues as needed, based on how fulfillment is tracking across live booking windows (Time Sensitive)Set up program App/Web marketing placements, managing necessary updates based on restaurant release dates and inventory remainingReport on program KPIs – pulling metrics from our OS + LookerMaintenance of internal trackers and documentsWho You Are:
Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker is preferred Data-driven: Skilled at analyzing data to tell a cohesive story about the success of Experiential events. Detail-oriented & Accurate: Strong focus on precision in project management and internal admin, including extensive KPI tracking of events. Excellent time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks. Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness. Self-motivated & Fast Learner: Able to take initiative and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to clearly convey technical details and project updates to those less familiar with the technology. Data-driven: Skilled at analyzing data to tell a cohesive story about the success of Experiential events. Familiarity with Looker is a plus.
