We are looking for an ambitious and talented Intern Software Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative tech team at Swipejobs.
As an Intern you will work closely with our experienced engineers and gain valuable, hands-on experience in a real-world development environment. You will contribute to the testing and quality assurance of our cutting-edge on-demand staffing platform, helping to ensure that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll have the opportunity to learn best practices in software development, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building new features. Responsibilities:
Participate in the manual testing process for new features and functionalitiesExecute test cases and identify, report, and track software defectsCollaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverageConduct regression testing to validate software updates and bug fixesProvide feedback on usability and functionality to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platformAssist in analysing test results and generating reports for the quality assurance teamExperience:
Currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of software development processes and testing conceptsFamiliarity with bug tracking systems and test management toolsAttention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environmentWhy swipejobs:
