12+ years in SAP Basis and SAP HANA administrationStrong hands-on expertise in Pacemaker clustering on RedHat/LinuxExperience with SAP NetWeaver, VMWare, and bare-metal setupsBackground in managed hosting/service delivery environmentsFluent in English; German is a big plusITIL knowledge or certification is desirableSAP Certifications (SAP Basis/HANA) preferred
