Lead a passionate team of professionals, manage premium partnerships, and create unique brand experiences that inspire and connect, across events, sponsoring platforms, and beyond.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field8–10 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles in partnerships, sponsorships, or event managementProven success in developing strategic partnerships and executing high-impact events for premium or international brandsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a talent for aligning diverse stakeholdersStrategic mindset paired with hands-on execution, creativity, resilience, flexibility and strong representation skillsBackground in fast-paced, international environment Strong representation skillsWillingness to travel and work weekendsValid driver's license (B)Fluent in German and English; French, Italian, or other languages are a plusContactViktoria Schwarzrecruiting. services@swiss. com
