TasksAs a Tactical Crew Capacity Analyst, you will develop mid-term crew capacity processes, ensuring accurate forecasting within scenarios. You will analyze production demand, provide data-driven insights for crew capacity allocation and validate capacity assumptions to enhance planning efficiency.
Develop and manage mid-term crew capacity planning including forecasting scenarios, ensuring a balance between production demand and crew capacities. Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making in mid-term capacity planning and validate capacity forecasting assumptions. Develop optimal and compliant vacation allocation, freelance utilization, and part-time workforce distribution based on capacity requirements. Forecast mid-term training and recruiting demand based on capacity requirements and align with key interfaces. Recommend optimization guidelines for planning parameters to enhance crew satisfaction, operational stability and crew productivity. Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance mid-term crew planning efficiency.

Min. 3+ years previous experience with complex data analysis. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in airline operations, workforce planning, or similar functions. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of aviation industry regulations, workforce planning methodologies, and collective labor agreements is an advantage. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.
