In addition, you will report comprehensive claims information to the claims handlers, and depending on the level of experience as well as expertise, you may liaise with underwriters, lawyers and brokers on key claims-related issues as well. Your Essential Responsibilities Will BeExamining claims documents received, undertake any required adjustments and establish claims files in legacy systemsCommunicating with customers via phone and written correspondence to obtain specific claim information as neededReviewing client inquiries regarding open billing invoices as well as statements from clients and brokersEnsuring timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claims payments and claims setup, sending of acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processesWorking with the Accounting team to book corrections and assure ledger accuracyAbout YouNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
