Head of Finance

ABOUT THE ROLESwissôtel Tallinn is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead the hotel’s financial function and support overall business performance at every level. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for all financial operations - including accounting, cost control, budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. You will also lead and support the Accounting, Purchasing and IT departments, ensuring that all processes meet Accor’s global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, maintaining internal controls, and equipping operational leaders with accurate, data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve profitability. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in all reporting to Accor and ownership stakeholders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is ready to take ownership of the hotel’s financial direction through expert guidance and operational support.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS·       Solid knowledge of finance, budgeting, accounting processes, and relevant regulations, with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a finance or accounting leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry. ·       Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling. ·       Demonstrated success in driving financial performance improvements and implementing cost-saving initiatives. ·       High-level professional communication skills in both Estonian and English, written and verbal. ·       Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
