From your very first day, you will be fully immersed in the excitement of live markets and gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes, including FX, equities, bonds, OTC derivatives, and digital assets. Who We Are Looking ForFinal-year students or recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds in finance-related, analytical, or numerical disciplines-such as Banking and Finance, Investments, Economics, Mathematics, or other numerical fields-are encouraged to apply. Candidates with quantitative subjects and backgrounds are also welcome, as we value a diverse range of skills and perspectives. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail. Interest in financial markets, trading, and digital assets. Basic programming skills (e. g. , Python, R, or similar) are a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Switzerland (Zurich or Zug area) is preferred.
