Senior Information Technology Project Manager

As a Senior IT Project Manager you will have a strong impact on a small team and take charge of business-critical custom IT projects that involve integrating cloud solutions, modernizing infrastructure and guiding companies through digital change. In this role, you will act as the point of contact between clients, internal teams and external partners, leading IT transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring that planning, execution, stakeholder management and final delivery meet the quality standards.

Your responsibilitiesLeading infrastructure and digitalization projects from concept to productionCoordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationshipsEnsuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are metUsing both classical and agile project management methods as neededManaging documentation, updates, and transition to operational supportYour profileAt least five years of experience in IT project leadership, ideally in an IT service provider settingSolid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365), with the ability to grasp complex systemsDegree in Business Informatics or related IT educationHigh client orientation, structured mindset, and excellent communication skillsFluent in German with solid English proficiencyProject management certifications (e. g.
