Must-Have Qualifications: • 4+ years in customer retention, email, or growth marketing• Proficiency with Braze or similar omni-channel marketing platforms• Experience building and executing CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS)• Knowledge of ESP/Marketing Automation tools (Iterable, ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys)• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationNice-to-Have Qualifications: • SQL proficiency (beginner/intermediate)• Data analytics experience• Familiarity with HTML• Experience with Tableau, Periscope, or other data visualization tools
