Business Analyst – Global Cash & Liquidity TransformationLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days in office)What You’ll DoAct as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements for global cash and liquidity management systems. Produce clear, structured documentation — including playbooks, procedures, manuals, and implementation guides. Design and enhance solutions for cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Contribute to the standardization and modernization of liquidity processes, aligning with OFSI deliverables and industry best practices. Collaborate with data teams to create insightful Power BI dashboards that translate trends into actionable insights.

Assist in defining application requirements to support enterprise-scale cash management. Participate in project governance, providing regular updates and clear communication to leadership. What You Bring5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Financial Services, with expertise in cash operations and liquidity workflows. Strong knowledge of securities operations (DTC, CDS, depositories) and related data flows. Experience with regulatory reporting requirements. Proficiency in Power BI and data storytelling to drive decision-making. Excellent facilitation, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills across business and technical teams. Understanding of APIs and system integrations (preferred, but business process knowledge is key).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse stakeholders. Nice to HaveExperience with liquidity or treasury transformation programs. Familiarity with OFSI guidelines and liquidity risk management frameworks. Knowledge of Broadridge platforms and enterprise-wide financial system architecture.
