About The RoleOur client is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO—an opportunity to work closely with the executive team and gain deep insight into a high-growth software business. This role involves driving key operational rhythms, supporting strategic initiatives, leading executive meetings, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for engagements. Acting as a bridge between the CEO and senior leaders, the Chief of Staff will help resolve issues, track progress, and maintain accountability. The role also includes special projects like M&A and operational efficiency, offering direct exposure to leadership and the board. Who You Are:
6 - 8 years of experience in the tech industry (ideally software/SaaS) with a mix of strategic and analytical roles. :

Salary is one part of the hiring company's total compensation and benefits package.
